OSMK Consultant was started to solve one specific problem: hiring well across Singapore and Australia at the same time, in sectors where domain knowledge actually matters.
OSMK Consultant was founded by recruiters who had spent years running separate Singapore and Australia desks at larger firms — and kept watching the handover between them lose context. We built OSMK around a single principle: one consultant should be able to follow a role, or a candidate, across both markets without a handoff.
Today that means four sector desks — Technology, Financial Services, Healthcare and Civil — each staffed by consultants who know the licensing, visa and compliance requirements on both sides of the corridor, not just one.
